Order confirmation
An enquiry is not an order. A purchase is confirmed only after Zenramo confirms availability, exact item photographs, final price, payment method, destination, shipping service, insurance, duties, and any item-specific terms.
Cancellations and returns
Return eligibility must be agreed before payment and may depend on the item and destination. Items that differ materially from the written description should be reported promptly with the original packaging and clear photographs. Buyer-remorse returns, grading disagreements, customs charges, and damage caused after delivery are not automatically eligible.
Transit issues
Visible shipping damage should be photographed before opening where practical. Keep all packaging and contact Zenramo promptly so carrier or insurance documentation can be prepared.

If any term is unclear, ask before paying. Written confirmation through WhatsApp forms part of the transaction record.
